My petpet (a Snowbunny) on my main pet disappeared about 2 weeks ago now for no reason. I've written Neopets twice now using the Premium reporting system and no response (and no fix).
Guess they're not fixing everything. |

| They got it sorted out. I have no idea what they did or didn't do, but I kept getting asked to re-log in and finally it worked. They gave me 6 free days of premium as compensation (I think it's just that they had to renew my subscription from today, and account renewal was actually supposed to be 6 ... |

I am a premium user whose yearly renewal has recently come up. This would be automatically billed, but I suspect there has been a problem with the billing, as I have moved and failed to change my billing address with TNT.

I highly suspect that collecting prizes every day is one of the requirements, but not the only requirement. I've read through this thread and seen plenty of people who collected prizes every day and didn't get the sidebar, but nobody who didn't collect every day and got the sidebar.

background_noise, here's what me and my fiance (who both got it) have in common with you:
-visited the Advent Calendar every day
-visited the Snowager (this month)
I went first thing this morning, and he did some "shopping" on neopets before collecting.
It's gotta be the every day thing ... |
