Ohh I love the Amelie Soundtrack! Not that that has to do with foreign films...
But yah. Japanese films are great - Battle Royale, Kung-Fu Hustle, House of Flying Daggers to name a few.
Any recommendations?
Those last two are Chinese.

| That reminds me of this (fictional) book I read in 3rd grade about a girl who got lost in a storm and was raised by dolphins....I think it was called The Music of Dolphins or something like that, and it was really interesting. The writing was fantastic, too. |

Romi Park. Dear God this woman has an ASTOUNDING voice. She can sing practically anything and make it sound fantastic, although she does particularly well with jazz.
Origa is also insanely talented. I love her techno-y stuff from Ghost in the Shell, but her voice also works very well with softer ... |
