am i guessing right by saying that the ingredients sequence is different for everybody?

it's just, a tried two of the combinations for the 2nd part of the potion, which were used succesfully, but for me it does nothing.

wow this is driving me crazy! every grave i go to, no matter how different the numbers are, the layout is always the same. And, even though i refreshed like crazy and clicked on a new graveyard name that appeared, went inbetween the graves instead of outside and ended up going crazy, i've STILL had ...
