Okay, I just got back from passing out flyers, and I'm exhausted... so lemme get this straight. We are going to steal one of the Yellow properties. Both have the same rent, so it wouldn't matter...

And mortgage Mount Terror and Sand Dunes, which will give us... wait a sec, lemme think... 22000. No, wait... half of that. Gah. That will bring us to... 7500 + 3750 which would be... 11,250 if I counted correctly? That would give us enough... right? No... gah... But mortgaging Deserted Fair would be 2500 which would give us enough.

So we steal one of the yellow properties they have, and mortgage Mount Terror, Sand Dunes, and Deserted Fair Ground... correct?
