My name is Hilary. I like it because it's not too common, although at my old high school there were a couple of other girls named Hilary. Only one of them spelled it the same way though. Most people call me Hilary, although one of my friends in real life calls me Hil sometimes.

My friend and I used to have nicknames for each other - I called her Wally and she called me Randy.

DM, why this aversion to people using your real name? I must know! And does this apply to real life as well?

I *hate* my real name. It's so common, and everyone spells it the common way. D:
And...kind of. My parents call me Ashleigh, some of my friends call me Ashleigh, but I wrote "Ashleigh "DM" *insertlastnamehere*" in my Bible for VBS. XD And when the one of the girls I was hanging out with snuck a peek in my Bible, she said "I'M GONNA CALL YOU DM!".

My real name is Jessica. My Chinese name is [insert last name] Jah Ling.

I did not know there was another Jessica here. (Siniri!! ) But yeah, I don't like "Jessie" AT ALL, and I only let my closest friends call me "Jess." I like my name but too bad it's too common. (At one time, I had 4 other "Jessica"s in my class!)
