I prefer to think of 13 as a turning point in people's lives. You don't get any more prime number years until 17, and that's a turning point too.

And Qanda... I personally go P-L-DUCA-L-A-16
So except for the DUCA and the 16 it's pronounced letter by letter.
It's a long story in the naming process so forgive the hardships of pronouncing it. I can change it if it makes it easier.
