i cant load altador on neopets, but i can get there...

i cant load altador on neopets, but i can get there when i click on links, in fact, i can get all over altador, but not altador itself? any ideas??

ps. i found the sleeper, working on the dreamer..getting there, thanks everyone for your help!!
