My membership has been pending for about a month or so, is this normal? It didn't take me so long last time.

The moderator may be busy with other duties, be them on the forum or in her personal life. Give it time. Patience is a virtue.

Charisma also takes a lot of her time trying to search through applicant histories in case of any guys trying to sneak in or people not fit for the group. Just be a little more patient.

Just out of curiosity, what's an applicant history? Do we have an official record of something, like if someone got a strike it stays there forever?

I'm not 100% sure, but I assume it would be checking through past posts, etc, just to make sure that all the applicants are actually female.
