its just a different type of skin thats availible if you have windows blinds or something like that, you can download them off deviant art. Well at least thats my way, anyone else who knows a better way please dont hesitate to post.

I use a program called AlienGUIse, which is the same thing as a program called Objectdesktop, but it is EXTREMELY limited as it is just a free but full version somewhat it is just very hard to explain. I got it from Alienware so I have an Alienware desktop.

Michelle Trachtenberg in the background, Using a modified Clearlooks Cairo-theme for Gtk, and Unity for Metacity. You can find Unity on http://www.gnome-look.org. The Windows one looks the same
