I'm glad that the plot was paused for the Altador Cup. It's hard focussin on two things at once.

Anyway. This plot has been so confusing for me - My friend recently started playing neopets, and she wants a load of trophies, so she wanted me to explain the whole concept of a plot to her... its actually really hard.
So today, she asks me to help her with the maze, because she cant find it, and I'm like 'Uhmmm.... its kinda finished ish.'
Which then I had to explain the whole 'well it says its finished except for the question mark and anyway you never know with tnt but its probably just stopped for the altador cup'
Makes me glad this is like, my third plot I paid attention to!

Yep, I think so too. I'm guessing that there's some sort of larval petpetpet on the fruit (or the fruit makes petpetpets in general grow larger), and it'll grow larger and ravage Neopia Central while we're busy with sports. This is why they confiscate fruit at the airport in well-regulated worlds. You can't be too careful about giant bugs.

Haha yeah, giant bugs is obviously the cause, not any invasive species or diseases/viruses like AIDS or anything, that stuff is actually the secondary cause.

Humm if the petpetpet's eating the fruit makes them HUGE (IF MIND YOU IF) it would be cool if we are suddenly able to 'find' this fruit randomly feed it to a petpetpet and make it into a petpet kinda of like Krawk petpet + fungus from cave = Krawk pet.

Tho if they grew as large as they show in the comics then our pets would become petpetpets wit the new huge petpetpets becoming DOMINATOR'S OF THE WORLD!!! DUN DUN DUN!!

Yes, I think that was a good move on TNT's part. I for one have other things to do besides play neopets, and one big site event type dealie at a time is enough for me.

I also like the idea of a huge p3 larva in the fruit or the fruit makes p3's mutate. I think/hope there is quite a bit more to this plot yet.

Ladies and gentlemen, uh, we've just lost the picture, but what we've seen speaks for itself. The Colosseum of Altador has apparently been taken over - 'conquered' if you will - by a master race of giant petpetpets. It's difficult to tell from this vantage point whether they will consume the captive Neopets or merely enslave them. One thing is for certain: there is no stopping them; the petpetpets will soon be here. And I for one welcome our new giant petpetpet overlords. We'd like to remind them that, as trusted Yooyuball announcers, we can be helpful in rounding up others to toil in their underground Ummagine farms.

Bahahahaha! Nice one, pop culture references don't normally make me laugh.

I like the idea that the fruit will carry the mutant 'infection' to Neopia Central. Maybe it will start as a regular-sized petpetpet and then just groooow... and, finally free of the genetic isolation of a lonely island, the mutants will take over... and that, of course, is just what Dr Sloth wants.

Speaking of whom: new entry in the Coming Soon refers to a game called VirtuVenture Supreme. Probably unrelated, but most new games don't get put in the Coming Soon, so you never know...

crap!!! i'm gone for a couple days doing a stupid moving trip (without internet, mind you) and the last part of the plot is said and done... bakas!!!! i hope that the plot resumes and we'll be able to do that last step... it'll tick me off if i get so far just to be told by an image and text "oops, you didn't do one part, so it doesn't count"

I wouldn't worry about it too much. I missed the last part of the HWP because of finals, but I still got my trophy and a fairly decent number of points for prizes.

why are there 2 number fives on the walkthrough?

The plot is closed right now because of the Altador Cup. It might restart once the Cup is over, or so we hope.



Because the last item needed for step 5 of the plot was released some days after the other items. Either that, or it's a mistake
