This guy is one of the "Big Four" deities in my D&D setting (No name yet, feel free to make a suggestion cos I've got nothing) They are roughly as follows;
Asthaloth: The Entropic / The Fallen.
Masumi: The Just / the Fair.
Matthias: The Strong
??? : ??? (Yeah, dunno, having some issues with this one..)
