neopets really needs to release the whole thing at once so we dont gave to keep waiting fo things to happen...

Try going back and doing all the steps again on your Main account. See if that gets you another badge. Kind of like the LDP when a crystal or scroll got stolen by the Pant Devil or something -- just redo the steps, get the item again. You should definitely not be doing the plot on other accounts, that was in the Editorial this week.

And no, it seems you can't do anything with the badge except put it in your sdb or gallery. Mine's in my gallery for safe keeping.

Darkfire, after you find the third constellation, visit the Janitor, the Astromony Club -- this is where you will get the badge, and the Archivist to read the new Book chapter.

well apparently so, but until they get to find an explanation for that badge issue I think a lot of people will go crazy about it.
