You know.. I've worked on boards before and I do for a place I make avatars at (those are images for use in chatrooms). The last thing people in charge need to or want to hear is things that pester them.
They have to go and look over every app. They need to see if that person can make the online commitment, see if they can/will mesh well with present staff, they probably investigate how many strikes in the past the person has had and what for.
I am sure there are a lot of variables, so please just like lets all be calm and patient and let these guys and gals do there job. Its hard enough doing this, plus having a life, plus trying to help with the plot, plus work and take care of kids and college if those apply.
