Thieves it is! Oh wait...you said maybe? Meh. I'll just go ahead and steal your choice. Need to practice thieving anyway.

Re: Battleground of the Obelisk [Split 2]
Since I am starting from scratch, I have no preference here. I feel slightly out of place now that I don't have a battle pet. My little pet is only just starting on his long journey to the battledome elite.

Oh, fine. Just steal my thunder. I've joined Thieves as well.Jacob wrote:Thieves it is! Oh wait...you said maybe? Meh. I'll just go ahead and steal your choice. Need to practice thieving anyway.

Woot, yay for your siggie, Blue!
Well, I've done what I'm going to this time. It's more than I did last time, as I went ahead and evened up the lower tiers to end in either "50" or "00", just to make my numbers look "prettier". I'm not making an attempt to get them all to the exact same number, though - too much work. It's bad enough that a lot of the lower tiered ones were just over a "50" or "00". Ah well. They're pretty now.

Re: Battleground of the Obelisk [Split 2]
I have 20 wins against Minor Warlock and 20 wins against Amateur Insider on the easiest setting (8 hp), it takes 30 wins to get my 1500 nps (only get 50 per win). But I can use my main weapon and a healer on the first turn on every fight and then finish them off on the 2nd and not have to leave the 'dome to heal. I am only using a Scroll of Ultranova and a Magical Healing Potion. LOL.
I am pretty sure I can win on the Mighty setting, but it might require a lot more healing.
ETA: Another 20 wins today.
Amateur Insider on Mighty was easy but the Minor Warlock does more damage and I have to leave and heal up. At least I can get my 1500 nps/15 items in 10 - 15 fights when playing on Mighty.

Re: Battleground of the Obelisk [Split 2]
I got sucked into watching this season of the "Biggest Loser" and realized I'd missed the last two episodes, so last night I battled while watching the first one. I got 341 battles done, so I should get about 700 by the time I finish the second episode tonight. If I can find the 2-hour "American Ninja Warrior" special that I half-missed to watch tomorrow, I could break 1000 this time! The question is if I'll have the time to watch all that TV...

Yay!! Go Bandwagon 4. Thieves win.
I took the 'Cheaper By The Dozen' boon. I need to get some nps in the bank for training.

Re: Battleground of the Obelisk [Split 2]
I finally got in a victory! On a team that I can somewhat tolerate for the good they did in the past, but really shouldn't win the obelisk! I helped the enemy!...Yay!
But I must say, these stock market perks are pretty nice. Why can't we buy this low all the time?

Re: Battleground of the Obelisk [Split 2]
Time to choose an allegiance again:
Order of the Red Erisim
Awakened
The Sway
Once again I have no preference, I would like the Refresh Quest Boon to help with my training and apparently all 3 have it.

Re: Battleground of the Obelisk [Split 2]
Awakened's boons are "random" - I think they can technically have any of the boons, it's just a question of which ones show up this time around if they win.
I have no preference, either.

Re: Battleground of the Obelisk [Split 2]
I think I've fought enough wizards and witches as of late, but not enough of The Sway. Zombies are okay (so far). Order of the Red Erisim is for me this time.
