I feel like I've been both lucky and unlucky. I've had quite a few tries at the stamp, and plenty of failures. Maybe I'm just more lucky that I've had so many tries?

I, too, went in, but had no success. Missed on the third turn. Sigh.

Weirdly, I had to do my daily, then click the button to return to faerieland, before I got the Negg pop-up. I could choose to go for a book, a book, or a stamp.

Of course I had a cup of tea.

And got a Teapot and Cup on an Elegant Table.

My luck has been ridiculously bad at this point. *Sigh*

Of course I went for the stamp.

I had to calculate just how bad my luck has been. First of all, I'm in the bottom quartile for chances to choose a teacup negg (23% chance of getting 6 or fewer teacups in 13 days).

But out of those six tries, the probability of getting no stamp is less than 9%.

I feel like that kind of luck is rotten enough that it should be eligible for a rotten luck bonus at this point. I.e., a stinking stamp already!

I got the same options as Blue - except aqua instead of teacup. So I'm going for one of the beach items I don't have, because I'm not going to get another book, anyway...

And yay, I got a water Goldy! Now I just need the floaties.

And a stamp.

Edit: I just saw a second notification under Trudy's. Blue, thank you so much for the stamp! That was so kind of you. Now I can keep trying for those floaties for the last two days...
Though they're only valued at 360 NP, so I'm sure I'll manage to get a pair no matter how bad my luck is.

I have now joined Blue in having gotten a half dozen of a Teacup prize...just...not the same one.

ETA2: Ouch. Just had to upgrade my gallery again. 30k + per upgrade now. Eeesh.

I chose the "regular" Talpidat, and foolishly chose the Teacup (steampunk, aqua) Negg and now have a baker's half-dozen of the stupid tower of treats... *sigh*

I went ahead and bought the rest of the negg prizes just because, and chucked them in my SDB.

I put everything actually negg-related (including the petpet - created a new category for them!) in my gallery and then bought the two I didn't already have (ouch!) and added them as well. I even actually organized and ranked everything. I mean, I know I'll probably have more work to do on that tomorrow (final prizes, probably?) and for the next few days (NC event isn't over yet), but at least everything so far is in there?

Sophie was definitely the highlight of my day today. I chose the petpet option and I think she said something about having a brain? I don't remember exactly.

I also chose the petpet option. I had to pause mid-quest because my internet was moved over to my new place (just finished). I appreciated all the callbacks to other plots (my brother, who would study petpetpets instead of petpets, etc.).

It was a toss-up between the plain and eventide petpet (I refuse to learn how to type the name), but I guess I'll go with eventide so we have the whole set between us!

Of course I didn't get another chance at teacup; it was aqua, music, or steampunk. I went with aqua and got another Goldy.

I should go buy the aqua wearable, but I don't have time right now. I have to finish cleaning up at the old place and lost an hour due to the internet installer being late. Hopefully it doesn't inflate too much before I can buy it!

(I'm still confused why today is the last day when the FAQ says it ends tomorrow.... It's like companies giving you a due date then saying it's late if you pay on the due date.) Oh, well.

I think the final prizes are given out tomorrow, meaning you had to finish before then? I dunno. It is weird that today is the last hunting day, but it is what it is.

The Habitarium reference made me giggle, too. So much fun!

Cleaning up apartments after moving is never any fun. Bleh. I hope you're able to get it all done in time!
