Today's just took time checking out shops. I haven't haunted any of the shops except album items and food shops lately, so this one wasn't fresh in my memory. To make it worse, somehow I missed checking it on my first pass through despite having thought it might be in the land it actually was in....so that was irritating.

Also, I don't know if y'all have noticed, but the Neggfest page actually shows what choices you picked correctly this year. Mine was pretty dull until today!

Spaceship, solar, plasma...hmmm. definitely getting a new prize for me today.

Plasma has a wearable and a gallery item... So of course I got the fungus.

It wouldn't be that much harder to write clues that at least indicated the type of shop... Something about the fact that you could get something for snoring in the shop, maybe?

I noticed the neggs were correct this year, too, P.

Polar Lights (going for the wearable and book): Beautiful Lights Candle (naturally....the one item I didn't want...)

Today's clue was easy.

The NC event started today. I've updated the first post with what info I have on it.

A Scorchio in a pointy, purple hat hands you the Wooden Blocking Shield (TCG) and says, "This will be a nice addition to your album.

Nice! Almost makes up for getting the one item I don't want from each negg the last few days.

Hopefully my luck turns today...

Space, polar, Neopia.

Let's see... I already have the book and the stamp, plus two bath bombs and the candle. Going for the foreground again because I like it better than the space wearable, and if I miss, I've got a chance for another book, too...

And woohoo! I've now got all three prizes from the polar negg!

Edit: I decided to customize with it, and my goodness, it's... Uh, well, the idea was much better than the execution. It looks ridiculously unrealistic against a sky, but it works okay underwater. I paired it with underground Kiko Lake BG, field of visions, and a rolling fog. (The fog was to mute the intense pinkness of field of visions. I wish it came in a blue or green colorworks version to work better underwater. The polar lights foreground is technically a higher foreground item, btw. Oh, and my pet is not wearing many clothes because the ones that would have worked with the customization were all glitched.)

Hmm... Neopia? I let the Google random number generator choose. It chose 2.... Neopia.

Today's clue was the perfect level of difficulty. I appreciated that the rhyme was a subtle clue to the answer, too.

Today's clue was also easy.
In regards to the storyline, I definitely giggled at the return of Magon, though. Heh. Poor guy with that whole portal mess....I'm still not sure if he qualifies as an "expert".

Wasn't being particular today. Figured I'd try for the one that actually has the only item for my negg gallery....but didn't get it. It's okay. Still several tries left! I'll probably try at least one Solar Flare negg, too, just to have done one of each.

Today's clue was also pretty straightforward.

It is funny that you mention that. I was thinking the same thing. Considering that I did it on my phone this morning, I should double check...
