Jen, you've still got nothing on me. Except maybe the back. But still.
For sheer numbers, you don't win.

I'm in no rush to catch up.

36? Geez, I thought I was bad.

I'm in no rush for you to catch up either; then i'd simply have to expand upon my numbers. I don't plan on breaking many more bones though.
My mother actually beats me out. She shattered her foot (broke quite a few bones, she hit a piece of old farm equipment going down and then the horse stepped on her as well) falling off a horse, broke her leg bike riding with a dog, and then some bones when she was younger.

Most of the bones i've broken have been minor. I don't really consider finger/toe breaks anything more then aggrivating. Though I do admit to whinging when I get them. Heh.

(skip a bit)

For sheer breaking, i've done it to my ribs 7 times...

Thanks for reminding me...

I took a tackle in a two-hand touch game that broke a rib, and I walked into a wall and broke a toe (please, no questions. I was sober and everything).

So that's definitely probably it.

I figure I'm probably near the bottom half in this group, and I'm perfectly content to live with that.

See? Footballs just as dangerous.

My brother wants to try bullriding. I think he's just jealous that i've broken more bones then he.

On that note. Forgot that I broke a bone in my foot earlier this year. It was an inconvenience more then anything. I did that tripping on my dog and falling down the stairs.
The dog was pleased.
I was floor level and she got to come bounding merrily down to lick my face while I was groaning in agony. It's so hard to be mad at her when she's so happy.

Somehow, given the number of mishaps I've had in sports, with horses, and just my general clumsiness, I've never managed to break a bone. Knocked my self unconscious a few times, but no broken bones. ^_^v

I've broke my tailbone and fractured my wrist so not so bad. My elbow does have a habit of dislocating every now and then. Does that count?

I broke my arm when I was 9, and I've broken every finger and toe I've got more times than I care to remember. Oh, and I broke my left ankle and sprained the right the summer before last. For future reference, it is not a good idea to try and turn a cartwheel while walking down a mountain. It never goes well.

Been lucky. I have never broke any bones in my body.
I have had to get stiches between my big toe and the next toe though - Kicked a claw hammer when i was 3 and running around being a 3 year old boy at a house my parents were renovating. thats the closest I have come t breaking anything

I've broken quite a few bones in my life... and torn a fair amount of ligaments as well.

Bones
I broke my left foot when I was 4

I broke my left pinky when I was 9 (New years eve... brother and I were karate fighting... I lost.)

I broke my ribs when I was... 10 I think. The break got infected too, resulting in a 104 degree fever and over night hospital stay! I stood on a chair that had wheels, the chair moved and I fell onto one of the metal posts. Not fun.

I had my right pinky broken for me this summer. I was playing with a camper and she hit me with her open palm, snapping my pinky back to my wrist. It took a lot of effort not to swear in front of about 75% of the camp!

I broke my left elbow doing high jump in gr 8. We had 2 mats pushed together. I landed on the crack, shoving both mattresses aside and landing on the wood floor directly on my elbow.

I broke my ring finger on my right hand about 6 wks later. I was playing balloon volleyball and rammed my finger into my brothers hand. Snap goes the finger.

(Ok... clearly clicked the wrong bubble... I've broken 6 bones, not 4)

I've torn 4 knee ligaments (the LCL and MCL in both knees), the ligaments in my right thumb (fell in the snow... oops), and more sprained ankles than I can count!

I fractured my left leg in two places when I was in Primary school and I might have fractured my little toe when I caught it on the edge of the sofa when I was in high school but that's about it.

I haven't broken anything. *knocks on wood* Although I did come close when I was playing basketball. Ended up having to go to the ER because I sprained my pinky when someone hit it with the basketball. It really hurt and my coach was convinced it was broken. We found out it was just a sprain :P

Yup, ditto. The most I've ever done is knock myself out by pulling an ironing board onto my head when I was about 2. :D

Never.

I always get sprained ankles, bruises, or a hurt tail bone.

But, I haven't officially broken a bone yet.
