is it normal for the mapped out map to sudenly not fit the mapping?

Yes. TNT has been fixing the glitches, and to do that, they've had to change the layout of some people's mazes.

They MIGHT have changed all the maps. They changed mine and I was done.

Some people have still been reporting that they're stuck in loops, though, so I think they're still changing them.

ahh i had mapped mine out in the last 3 hours then suddnely links werent working. wanst sure if they'd done it again

where do you find the vines? its the only one im missing

I was stuck with six item and 23 scenes. Couldn't find the boat. Went to work for 8 hours, came home and reread the entire comic. My map had compleatly changed and I was done in jig time.

Wahoo! I came home, still had all 9 items, and had a mostly different map. Found my boat in 5 clicks, and have finished it! Whee!!

i started to fix the boat and then realized i didnt have the branch went back in found the branch and know i have no idea how to get out out does anyone have any ideas

where do you find the vines? its the only one im missing

I first noticed my vines already in my inventory right after getting the jaw bone. I don't remember picking them up. Does anyone?

Whoosh finally finished and I mapped 21 rooms before I was done. I doubt I would have found anything if I randomly clicked. I'm glad I finished this step. Now, I can sit back and wait until the next step =3

My vines appeared when I got the jaws, too. So did my wooden planks, actually (although maybe I picked them up and just forgot).

I re-mapped and now I have 29 rooms. My boat is still fixed and I still have 4 items in my inventory. I didn't find anything new either. So I think I'll just wait back at the boat and keep my fingers crossed that TNT doesn't change my map again. hmmmmm paranoid thought here--I wonder, if the map is going to keep growing and change until we get more pieces in our inventory??? Or maybe a new monster that is going to try to eat our boat while we fend it off with that rachet/hammer/motor thingie and then tie it up with the vines!

Ah! Boat! Found it! FINALLY.

I am about positive TNT changed something because I have spent hours mapping and clicking and finding nothing, I try one more time and get it in three clicks.

It seems that the 2 items we originally start with are from doing previous steps:

Nail gun from doing the lock puzzles (remember picking up somthing?) and the thorns (from chapter 4).

Then we must find the additional 7 items.

i have now got a new map, but i still can't find that pesky twig!

Maybe it was just luck on my part, that maze took way less time to complete than the HW plot mazes *shudders*

Definitely luck. I did my maze this morning and it took me less than half an hour. I helped my daughter with her maze this evening and we had to map every single path on every single screen before we found that last item... Took us a while.
