You worry too much.... I seriously doubt they change the names like that (it think in some cases Cartoon Network is beyond that now) Likely because ShoPro/Viz is handling the property.... it's going to be treated like the manga is in Shonen Jump (of course they [Viz] mangled some of the -jutsus)

Its been confirmed to cartoon network and speculated to be placed into prime time, this means that it'll be aimed at 8-14 year old and it will be heavily edited. Kage Bunshin will be called something like 'Cloning technique' considering many 8-14 year old have no clue what a doppleganger is (and it still sounds bad).

The issue of whether it'll still be avaliable and whether people will download it is simple, it'll be subbed, it'll be downloaded. To get to episode 122 (released today) it'll take 2-3 years and the DVDs would cost $1209 NZ dollars (up to 122) for me. Naturally I wouldnt buy episodes I already have, and I'm not waiting 3 years to buy episodes I havent seen. Everyone remembers the 'uncut' dragonball z videos and dvds were still cut.

Sexy no jutsu is not going to work well for the 8-14 bracket, and something like Mangekyou Sharingan in which someone is stabbed with katanas for 3 days aint going to either.
