Er, the slushie was normal. I meant the animation was gross. I don't know if people can taste their own tartar since it's in their mouth all the time.

Today's bonus: chokato brucicle.
I loved today's animation. After so many years, some of them have seemed kind of stale this year, but this one used the music and color scheme of the Obelisk War while still adding a bit of holiday festiveness. (Maybe I just don't like the non-talking talking noises...)

Today's nova is not the first star you see (on the building); it'll be towards the bottom and you'll have plenty of time to click.
I find it annoying when Neopian things defy simple laws of physics. Had the lanterns had "blinders" to cut off the light in certain directions, that might have made it a little believable, though the light was so diffuse, it still would have been far-fetched. It's still not as bad as the animated Mystery Island Summer Background, in which the sun sets and then reverses direction and rises from the same spot.

12/17 Bonus: minty snowflake.
Today's animation was odd. I understand they probably didn't want to show an amputated limb, but the hook is obviously made to fit over a residual limb, not a hand. (I know, the joke wouldn't work with a residual limb because it wouldn't be able to grab anything, but... it's just weird! Windmills do not work that way.)

Hmm, now I have to figure out how to play Shenanigifts. I suspect this prize might be more time-limited than previous NC game prizes. Hopefully I'll win something fun to wear (assuming I can get my closet to work...) or beachy.
