The Simpsons.

I've watched it from the beginning and nothing can replace it. Even if Family Guy is a hilarious show, The Simpsons is just too wonderful to beat.

Family guy is absolutely hilarious, but I'm gonna have to pick The Simpsons as well.
I do love both shows though.

Well, I grew up on The Simpsons, so....

I do think Family Guy is funny, however. My mom just won't let me watch it -_-

Tough. I've been watching Simpsons ever since I was a kid. I grew up on "Don't have a cow man." (Though Bart doesn't seem to say his 'cool' catch phrases anymore. ;)) But there are the memories of hanging out with friends absolutely rolling on the floor watching Family Guy.

But I choose Family Guy, since it's one of the very few shows that makes me laugh out loud.

Simpons wins it for me - Family guys if funny but nothing compared to simpsons (maybe Southpark should face this legendary show)

That's a hard question- they're both very good.

However, I must say The Simpsons- it's been around longer, so it's proven how long it can last. It's a classic.

Purely for the fact that my mom would not let me watch cartoons (including Rugrats and the like), and I had to sneak cartoon hours. Luckily, Family Guy is on Adult Swim, so I saw that when she was asleep.

Simpsons, nothing can replace it and I love the fact that it doesn't matter who you talk to they're more often than not likely to know a number of the quotes and you can have a good laugh about it with them.

The Family Guy is alright, I've only watched a few episodes, it wouldn't be funny IMO without the baby.
