Mozilla forced me to abandon my profile and create a new one and I can't find that profile window in Mozilla firefox.

Please can anyone tell me where I can find this profile window again?

P.s I lost my adblock and bookmarks because of this.

You have two profiles, A and B. A is your original, B is your new one.

Rename profile B to "B1" or some such different name.
Rename profile A to B.

Your settings for A are now loaded, because firefox thinks they're the settings for B.

That should work.

Start firefox with -p or -profilemanager and you'll get the option to change :)

New problem:

I've updated Moz FF to v1.5 and adblock says it isn't compatible but I really need it!

there's a new version of ff - 1.5.0.1, and I think you'll need to get adblock again - uninstall the extension and get the latest one from mozilla.
