This is without bending the knees, correct? I can do it, almost to my palms on the floor, but not quite. I actually find this remarkable because, normally I'm as flexible as a steel girder.

I can put my palms flat down on the floor but it hurts a little in the back on my legs.

When I was very very little I could. And then I had surgery, and after that, I never could again. Now my torso is amazingly unflexible. Ah well. As long as I can still see my toes i'm happy.
