I sent to retrieve my pin number through e-mail, and it hasn't arrived. I've waited for a good while and the only thing I've recieved was something from a Street Team, but nothing else.

So I can't change my e-mail or withdraw neopoints from the bank ... o_O

I have never had the problem before, so honestly don't know how long the process takes. How long have you been waiting to hear back? If it has been more than a couple business days, maybe give TNT another request. It may have gotten overlooked, or maybe wasn't sent correctly.
