Yep, I drew that myself. I sketched it by hand, scanned it, and colored it in Photoshop. There are a few things I would change about it (those shoulders need to be pointier), but you get the general idea.

There's probably a much faster and better way to make that, but I'm computer art illiterate so I wouldn't know. :P
