yesterday i created an account for my friends 11 year old son. we used my email because it wouldnt accept his as a proper email for some reason. i want to change his email on neopets now have got him a new email address..how do i do so?
on my account i go to the user prefs section by clicking for neoboards but he doesnt have parental permission forms sorted yet so i cant do it for him that way.

(and btw what is the age policy for here? can an 11 yo register?) id much rather he was coming to sensible sites than not.

If the person has an account that is younger than 13 years w/o parental consent, there is no way to store an email on the account. You register with one, but Neopets does not keep it. They do not allow 12- year olds to have email accounts connected to their neopets account without parental consent
