Do endings count too? the second one from Bleach is definitely one of my favourites. A happy, upbeat tune coupled with a different animation every episode that is subsequent and related to the arch.. Nowadays it's mostly just moving pictures and backgrounds :/

Cowboy Bebop's "Tank!"

I like Beck's "Hit In The USA" too. But nothing comes close to "Tank!".

Cyanna's right- nothing can touch "Tank!", although I do love the opening for the Read or Die OVA.

D.Gray Mans Op 1 and Op 3 are pretty good.

Recently? Gundam 00 Op 2 is nice.

Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei and Season 2's ED are awesome.

Nothing better than Excel Saga.

Bebop - Tank is awesome
Ranma Season 1 - I know, it is lame and just them running, but I love it!
Suzumiya - Not as fun as the ending but still good.
US dub of Sailor Moon! Fighting evil by moonlight! Winning love by daylight! Never running fro.... Never mind
Speed Racer - Seriously. Both US and Japanese were perfect for the show.
