the shops haven't been restocking for ages (20 min)

Usually, if the shops don't restock for a certain time, the restocks will all pile up at the end of the hour...

Exactly. I hate that. You wait like a half hour for a restock, then they come all at once and I always miss like half of them.

I'm RS banned anyway. I should be unbanned in a few hours..

Nope. You get unbanned 24 hours from the time you got banned. :D I love it.
