I've tried for two days now off and on to get this figured out. This last try I've been staring at it for about an hour and a half, I'm ready to throw in the towel on the whole plot--I'm that frustrated! Please any help would be wonderful!!

I can only hope that the plot's back up soon!! I haven't had internet since the end of the Altador plot until yesterday...so I haven't been able to start it yet. Also I feel bad for the poor people working on this glitch as I can only imagine how much more of a headache that it must be for them ...

I have never had the problem before, so honestly don't know how long the process takes. How long have you been waiting to hear back? If it has been more than a couple business days, maybe give TNT another request. It may have gotten overlooked, or maybe wasn't sent correctly.
