Okay, I've been getting this message:

for a couple hours. And just now, I got this:

An angry Grundo Scientist appears and is shouting madly. RUN!

I'm not sure what any of it means.

EDIT: It seems that once you visit the meteor a bunch in a short period of time, it alternates back and forth between the "hot meteor" message and the "angry scientist" message. I guess it's a hint to stop trying.
