Do you like it? I got the dress design from a cartoon movie I watched. The face is a little messed up and the right calf is a little wide, but what do you think of it otherwise?

I like the dress, you did a really good job on it, especially the bottom part.

You should work on your anatomy more. The sides of the face are uneven, and her expression looks quite blank and boring. Women's shoulders aren't very broad (unless they're a bodybuilder or something), and the lines where her collarbone are should definately be more straight instead of diagonal. Her middle shouldn't bulge out like that... can't exactly explain why here, hopefully you'll know why. Her legs could also be a bit thicker. I do like the feet, they are nicely drawn. Good try.
