This is about the first game. I just began to re-play it and I have a question. How do you increase your park value? Is it the amount of things inside it? Like if you add one more ride, your park value will go up? Because I had a park value of $6000, and than it went down to $4000 after I built a new food court and lowered some land. Anyone know why?

I suppose that flat land costs less than raised land. I'm just assuming here that you may have raised the land yourself earlier?

I think park value depends on how popular it is, how many good and popular rides there are...so on and so on. Whenever I put ads out for my park, the value seems to go up.

From what I can remember of it, (would of played it to find out, but the expantion just messes it up now) it comes down to rides (Rollercoasters mainly), land, popularity.

After some advertising and adding in more rides and shops, I'm proud to say that my park value is now at $13,000. Thank you everyone!

Isn't the newest game for the Roller Coaster Tycoon series "Roller Coaster Tycoon 3"? And do have a link for this new game?

Wow, I haven't played this game for about a year... but I must say it's my favorite PC game.
Has everyone beaten it already? I got up to Mega Park, but that just got boring after awhile because you can't hire more than 120 mechanics or janitors or whatever. So I started over, haha. I love building water rides!
