Rarely. Only when I'm sick...that's the last time I remember ever taking a nap. Years ago. =P (I might have to take one soon though, because I'm ill and exhausted.)

Uh, I pretty much hibernated during winter... which would explain how much I'm getting hungry now, even though I eat as much as I did then.

I really try not to, because when I do, it throws me off and then I can't sleep at night. But I'll almost always nap if I'm sick, or sometimes if I just haven't gotten enough sleep, I'll take a small nap.

I only nap when I'm very sick, and even then, very rarely. Naps throw me into insomnia cycles. I can't nap voluntarily-I have to be tired to death and not thinking completely properly.

Usually I take them when I nearly fall asleep in class one day, or when I'm sick.

I might have anaemia. I've been ever so tired just lately. It wouldn't bother me usually but I've been anemic once before and I was tired then. Guess it's back on those horrible iron tablets for me even if I might not be anaemic. Better safe than sorry though, eh?

Very rarely. Naps get my entire sleep schedule messed up, so I try not to take them unless I'm realllllllly tired.

No, I don't nap. I can't nap. I have a lot of trouble getting to sleep during day-light so I can't nap then and I don't usually nap at night because I actually sleep then. The only time I'll sleep/nap during the day is if I'm not feeling well.

Every day for six weeks during the summer I have an hour-two hour long nap during Cabin Time when all the kids are having a mid-afternoon break.
I enjoy them, plus I get to ignore problems that arrise. Naptime is MY time.
Yup.

Umm, sometimes I will outside of that time... but I more or less enjoy lying in bed, awake watching in TV then napping. (Which is what i'm going to do now!)

I usually nap when i'm tired and my body need to catch up on some missed time, since my 6-7 hours don't do me anygood. Or when we have a day off school , i sleep till like 12 or 1, which is very fun.

I like to nap, but don't do it often. I sometimes want to take a nap, but then I find things to do and forget it.
Napping usually gives me a headache though, and sometimes makes me feel more tired then I was before

True, they throw off my sleep cycle a bit, but who cares? (I slept from 3-4 yesterday afternoon, then didn't get to sleep until 4 am, woke up at 7, went back to sleep at 8, and woke up at 12:30. =P) That's why I mostly take naps just on weekends or when I'm off school. =P
