Out of Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle, which is your favorite Pokemon to start the game with?

I always used to go with squirtle.

I voted Squirtle! I LOVE Squirtle! hehe its funny, my little sister can mimic the Squirtle voice and I do Pikachu. We are our own Pokemon! xD

Squirtle is what I go with! I just love his cute little eyes and shell... I just love the starter Water Pokemon! I haven't quite figured how to imitate him yet, but I can do Totodile pretty well.

I think squirtle was probably my favorite of the three, but I liked to start with charmander since most fire pokemon were not obtainable until later in the game. Still, everytime I play I rotate starting with a differnt starter, so I use them all.

Easy start of Game - Bulba. Brock and Misty are sure screwed.

Hardest - Charmander, as you need to be half decent at the game and grab and train some pokemon or Brock and Misty (Especially Brock) are a nightmare.

Squirtle sorta middle of the road, but gets you always have a surfer, I guess.

I always prefered getting Pikachu from Yellow, personally ^^; Sadly he took a phenomonal amount of effort, as he could NOT defeat any of Brock's pokemon, so you had to raise a Mankey, Nidoran, or Butterfree (who really aren't pokemon you're likely to want to keep, except perhaps Mankey. Nidorans get crap moves, and Butterfree has great statistics for the start of the game, but being a bug, sucks past level 40 >.<) for Low kick, double kick or confusion respectively...

Of course, when it comes down to it, Squirtle Charmander and Bulbasaur are the best three starters any pokemon game has had, right?

Charmander! ^_^ I've only played the game a few times, but I've always had a thing for dragon-like Pokemon.

I don't think I have either of those games, but I'd pick Bulbasaur because he's really cute. :O

Hehe, I always picked up the fire starter in every version, until I beat the game and wanted to complete my Pokedex. So of course, Charmander was my favourite pick in R/B. :P

Umm sorry to dissappoint but i think thats not garra from naruto, since he doesn't really have the "love" thing on his head...anyways lol

I would go with Bulbasaur i always had a thing for plant type monsters, and how can u go wrong with solarbeam...i mean come on, but Squirtle comes a close next.
