May I explain to you what this means?
Locked means that we can try to get a majority on another person with our second votes to have a double execution (colleges have deans)
Majority simply means an execution (which we have on Robin) (I like my turkey no fats, just leans)

I know, but my point was that only 28 people voted for Robin, and the rest voted for other people and most can't vote again.

*Edit* Never mind, Unot was forgotten somehow. Odd, I'm pretty sure I counted 37 people who had voted(And o_0 who cannot vote)
