When you fire the lab ray at a pet, should it also occasionally have an effect on that pet's petpet?

Nope. Think about it. Someone buys a pet rock. They use the lab ray, it turnes into a Faerie Krawk. The profit would be HUGE, and that would inflate lab maps, petpets, everything.

Pets get strapped down and have a ray zapped at them. It'd be pretty irresponsible to allow a small animal like a petpet to go along with them...

Probably not, petpets are purchased and attached as they are and they should stay that way plus I train my pet and I wouldn't want to have to share stats with its petpet. A petpet Lab Ray might be interesting though.

I think there should be a seperate Lab Ray for petpets... But that would probably inflate the prices of Lab Maps even more... Maybe it could be like a pay-per-zap thing?

It doesn't affect the pet's petpet at all, including their level. I have had the ray for about two years now, and after zapping my pet every day, nothing has ever happened to its petpet. No worries.

We already have the Symol hole...that can change petpets species + colour + level...I don't see the point in altering the Lab to do what the SH can do already

They should have a serperate Lab Ray on for the petpets or petpetpets.

It would be cool. Although most people would not bother about it, maybe TNT can introduce like Petpet having an influence on ur pet or something or maybe a war not between Neopets but the Petpets or Petpetpets !

I don't not think that petpets should be zappable in any way. Because they are items that can be moved or sold, there is no need. I mean would you want a lab ray that could zap books into other books? Or food into other food? I wouldn't think so because it would really mess with the economy.
