Only a few example. I love the Star Trek series, but Star Wars has TELEKENISIS AND LIGHTSABERS. Now that is hard to beat.

The original star wars movies were great, but I've only seen a few star treck so I can't really form an educated opinion...

Trek.

The Star Wars series went unsteadily downhill after the original -- and "Episode 5" features the cheapest way to get out of a love triangle ever contrived by Hollywood.

I like Star Trek better.... well.. Star Trek the Next Gen....
Star Wars has never interested me and still doesn't.
Sure the new movies look like they'll have some great eye candy.. but that's the only reason I see them.
The original 3 bore me.. and episode 1, 2 were just.. meh.. forgettable.

Now Star Trek.. I loved the Next Gen... Haven't seen any of the episodes in a while.. but I still love im. With the Q and Picard and Data and and... yeah lol

There's a special little place in my heart for Star Wars.

Star Trek has no place there.

I realise that this is a bumped old thread, but listen up:

Come on people! Star Trek is soooooooooooooooo much better than crappy old Star Wars, Voyager alone prepels itself above Star Wars couple that with The origional series and The Next Generation and all the movies (besides the one about the humpback whale ¬_¬) (It was a humpback wasn't it?) and it wins hands down!!!!

I'm really not a fan of either, but I like Yoda...so Star Wars is better. (Though I don't want to see the new movie, but I know my friends will drag me to go see it with them. I will just sit there and be hopelessly confused and tired. )

Well I've only seen one Star Wars and I fell asleep not even a quater of the way through! And I don't really like Start Trek the Original Series, or next generation - But Voayger is just ACEand the few deep space nine episides I've watched have been ok - (oh, but I've never seen any of the films).
Soooo - I suppose Star Trek over Star Wars, but in an around about way!

Voyager is totally the coolest space thing ever though! ^.^
