Hi I'm new.

Ok I need to rant a little. Neopets froze my account today. And I don' t know why.
1) I didn't cheat on any games. My highest score was something like 1900+
by playing Pyramids a lot. I think I've played over 103 games and cleared the board only 1 time. But I played FAIRLY!
2) I did have other accounts but I only used them to buy items.
3) I DO NOT scam people.
4) I behaved on the message baords and in Neomail.
I did plead my case to Neopets. *crosses fingers* I just hope it turns out ok.

My theory on random freezing: They want people to believe that they're doing their job.

It's like going to every 20th account and saying "CHEATER! BLiZZARD ATTACK!"

I'm gonna go on Dranzer's theory here. It's like a witch hunt, only the witches are infact pretty obvious, but they still freeze the innocent peoples accounts. Welcome.

Actually, I do believe that they say the owner deactivated the account for some frozen ones. Perhaps someone hacked into your account and did something on it? That's possible, although not pleasant.

PPT has a good guide on what to do if you get iced and you'll find support here to get it back. (At least, I think so. I haven't visited the General Boards in a while.)

Hey. Welcome... I remeber when I was using neopets some people names selfisheye and koldsorcery were frozen... never were usfrozen...
