Yeah, of course. If you have all of the petpet maps, than you can use it.

It is said that the Petpet Lab Ray was built by the Lab Ray Scientist's crazed Kookith. If that's the case, you should probably find the Scientist's laboratory first.

I'm afraid you need normal secret lab access to get petpet lab access :/

ARGH!!! I almost could buy the petpet lab map, too...I have only 2 pieces of the normal lab map tho...3 of the petpet one. :x :(

Does anyone know if snow kookiths are subject to change? I know you can't paint them or anything, but I've been zapping one for a week now and so far been named McFritter, to Your Ad Here, and back to McFritter. *shrug* I'll try a different petpet tomorrow.

Pfftt....that happened to mine 5 days in a row. Than it turned into an Acko, and now its a pile of soot. Already had the av, though :)
