Well, last year we discovered -- after the fact -- that it was got by refreshing (or otherwise getting a page-click) between 11:59 p.m. Halloween and midnight.

That's what I intend to do tonight . . . and just hope that TNT isn't evil enough to change it to something like "Everyone gets it, unless they have a page click in the last minute of Halloween."

I'll definitely be refreshing tonight. I hope it's the same as last year. I think a one-minute window per year is fine, as long as we know when it is! At least then everyone has a chance.

does anyone else notice this problem:

- i use opera to play neopets and when i see the hallowen sidebar the clock is all jumbled up and the NST is displayed over the clock number 0_0

I'll try to catch the window this year.
