Do you use the wheel of excitement frequently? You should. My pets don't get sick from it too often, but they do sometimes.

Oh, doesn't poison jelly make your pet sick? I don't know if you need a certain disease to get Meuka, but you could try that. It's cheap!

yes they make ur pet sick but not with meukus... or the deisease u need to get meuka challenge u.. its frustrating

The wheel currently gives sneezles, which is the disease you need to get Meuka.

Your pet needs to become sick with Sneezles (and possibly neoflu?) to get Meuka as a challenger. I'm fairly sure you can get Sneezles from the Wheel of Excitement.

Edit: Sorry lmblackjack21 beat me to answering the question :D

Yes - do the wheel and you can do it every three hours or so. It may take a while, but your pet will eventually get sneezles.

You could either email them and ask them about it, write into the editorial and hope they answer it, or you could wait for a bit to see if it returns

If I didn't recall wrongly.. that's where I got them too. Just go to that page and keep refreshing.. you should get them soon.
