Sorry what are you talking about? There is no such thing as jelly world in neopets.

There is however a small orange text somewhere in the news... if I'm not wrong

Did they ever really announce Jelly World? It's been mentioned in the news but I don't remember if they had some some sort of grand opening and announcement. I think we just sort of...found it.
