Last time I got the answer for the first time ever!! Normally I just give up but with the clues from PPT i was able to guess correctly. yay!!!

I don't mean just tell us the answer, but those kinda clues were really helpful and I got the nps prize which helps as I am tryna build up to the highest bank account

I'm not getting it. These hints are very vauge. I'd have thought something in tyrannia because of the primitive part. but the automated transaction, no balloons, no security and shoddy really throws me off. It can't be an item. It's not a banner. This one is difficult. I suppose it must be a picture because it was in two places once but I have no idea.

How does someone figure something like this out? :S

To figure out the answer to the mystery pic one must search neopets for a picture that has the clip in it. Some are easier than others. Some hints are better than others.

I am sooo stupid. I saw the pic 10min after this competition started and didn't think it was the right one. All this searching for three days and it was right in front of me the whole time.
