If you play WC3 a lot then you'll probably know how to do this and if you don't you might still be able to help me

I'm getting sick of trying to find a Footmen Frenzy game with enough slots open to fit me and all my mates in so I'm thinking about changing a few settings here and there so I can hosts my own games. I've looked aorund the internet, asked a few mates but I'm always getting different versions on what I need and what I have to do.

So I'm asking you - what do I need? Do I need a static IP? Or do I just have to change my firewall settings? Do I need to open any ports?
