Holy cow! Mystery Island had the highest overall score. I had only hoped Faerieland would be worse, and my dreams were more than fulfilled.

All three of the teams I was going to support are out o_o Virtupets, Kreludor, and Terror Mountain. I thought Faerieland would do a lot better than what they did too, and Im surprised that Krawk Island crushed Altador by so much.

Well, next year Im all for Virtupets. They'll win eventually!

Did they ever state how the totals were tallied? Id be happier if I knew they did some averaging in there somewhere.

What on earth? How did faerieland do so badly? From reading PPT, I thought faerieland had the most people who were doing really well. (I personally was 70-0, and sent every score I got.)

It really must be weighted, and faerieland was the default 8-year-old girl team, or something...

Off to Roo, now.. and seeing as it had the lowest score of the winners, I think I'll need to work hard.

Anjuna, I must say I'm slightly disappointed that you didn't switch to ally yourself with my team after all that time I spent gloating. I probably contributed nearly 1000 points to Darigan, which is rather diminished by the fact that Neopets totally dropped the ball on keeping this thing fair. It's obvious now that numbers are key to scoring, so the rankings now seem to be as follows:

1: Mystery Island
2: Krawk Island
3: Lost Desert
4: Brightvale
5: Darigan Citadel (looks like I have a lot more work ahead of me)
6: Haunted Woods
7: Meridell
8: Roo Island

This being brought to my attention, I must check and see if losing team merchandise is still being sold. If it isn't and I don't have an order filled that included it, I apologize. However, I haven't confirmed one way or another.

My souvenir shop service will be ending with the start of Round 2, so I will only take orders until Wednesday. After that, I'll fill what orders are left, but I need to help bolster Darigan's scores if we're to overcome are competition. Expect my next final wins tally to be near 500, as my 103 this round won't cut it for round 2.

Yeah, I was way too surprised with all of the numbers. Especially Faerieland's downfall. And especially Mystery Island taking 1st so far!

Guess I be a-joinin' Darigan eventually. Frustrating we can't see the matchups for Round 2 yet. And seems we can't switch teams yet either?

"Match-ups for this round will be decided once sign-ups for this round are complete!" This I don't get. How can we sign-up before knowing the matches? I mean is possible, but not preferable. I would like to see who plays against who so I can better choose that way, not beforehand.
