I know this forum is geared towards forum art, but I really need help making a blog for a guild I am TRYING to create, and I have no graphics program other than Paint.

Which just won't do.

Anyway, I am really hoping someone will be able to add some text and brushes to this image for me -



I would like it to say 'welcome to' in little writing, then 'Cosmic Paradise' in large, swirly letters, as near to the top as possible, to allow me plently of room to code the blog part. I would also like the edges to be roughned or maybe...I can't explain it, like the edges of this:



So it looks like it is a slightly smaller box inside another?

And any effects that you think would look fabulous

I know I'm being quite specific, but I'll link your shop or whatever you like from the front of my guild as payment, plus, of course, I will love you forever

Ok, I really don't know where to post this, but I was wondering if anyone is really good with fonts...

I would like a font/signature for posting on Neoboards, you know, what shows up when you post a message. I am not sure where to put this, so if someone could direct me in the right place, that would be good.

However, if this is in the right place, could someone possibly make me a code for a cool font/siggy that matches this avatar:



I don't really care, but if anyone is good with pretty fonts, and fancy stuff that would be awesome. I like smaller fonts, but it needs to be readable. AND it has to meet neopets requirements. So if you're up to it, that would be awesome! I know it's a lot to ask, so don't feel you have to. But thankies in advance to whoever does it!!!
