Just a quick question?

When items are retired is there an announcement somewhere saying this, or do they just retire?

Most items are announced. TNT will say if a Hidden Tower item will be retired or a Paint Brush. Some things, like Smuggler's Cove items or Usukicon items, are just automatically retired (if they are retired at all)

I can't quite remember, but I think the last time they retired items it was in a bunch of 50. They may or may not have made an announcement, but I'm pretty sure they didn't list the items.

Advent Calendar items are retired, too, unannounced or otherwise. But I think TNT said that they retired the Y6 ones. I don't think they retired the Y7 ones yet
