And from KotOR II, Kreia (man I wanted to murder the woman) and Mical the Disciple.
From Oblivion, that idiotic little wood elf (actually just wood elves in general) that wants to follow you after you've beaten the arena. Stab, burn, die!
Bastila is as awesome as Carth Onasi is awful. And Jolee was pretty cool too.

The crazy bald guy at the Sith Academy was pretty lame, too.
Koh (Azure Dreams - PS1) One of my most hated RPG experiences ever. Boy lives in town with big tower, boy turns 16, goes in tower to hunt for treadure and fight monsters. Oh, and his father disappeared into the tower and was never seen again too. So you fight on level one, take an elavator to the next level, fight on level two, and so on. Each time you leave the tower you lose all experience you gained.
But since this is about the character, and not the games, Koh is basically an annoying 16-year old brat who goes off into a tower to fight monsters. That's the game. And the character.

Ahhh, I loved that game!! I got the second and third ones too, but I never played them over and over like I did with the first one. Now I'm going to have to install it and play it again!
I haven't heard of any of the other characters in this thread... except Link. I liked Link.
Yuna from FFX. Okay, she could do the whole aeon summoning, and I'll admit that was pretty cool...But her voice acting brought tears to my eyes.
She improved in FFX-2 though. Only a little tiny bit though, because god, that game pretty much sucked too.
