Things I was supposed to do over break:

-Finish driver's ed
-Read act I of Macbeth
-Keep in shape/work on my song for my Chicago audition

It's for Honor's choir, only realyl good singers get in it, and you have to Solfege this whole stack of music, and learn it, like crescendo's and everything, then I have to go see one more 'Xmas Concert' before Tuesday... I'll probably just make up one....

yesterday was my first day of school for the semester. I sat down and made a to-do list for the whole semester based on due dates and classes (Not done yet because I'm still missing a syllabus). I could barely sleep from the stress of some of my classes.

For my Advanced Speech course, I have to write an 8-10 minute Commemorative Speech and MEMORIZE it. Now...I memorize songs for choir, I can memorize little scripture verses (even they end up being Katie-Paraphrased due to the limit of my memorization capability), but 8-10 minutes of inspiring monologue seems beyond my abilities. And that's just one of the stressful projects I have to do this semester.

Then I just have to remember that I'm a Junior and things will be harder as I advance in school.
