Something weird is going on with my premium neomail. I'm not recieving emails from TNT. I didn't get the scratchcard, so I checked the little link at the top and it says I had an unscratched card and I haven't been getting my SHH neomail events. There's a link that you can use to check if you have any that you haven't claimed.
i'm having the same problems, i didn't receive my scratchcard neomail, and i haven't received a shh neomail since last friday when they did the fixes on vsi, so i sent a letter to tech support in hopes that they can fix the problem.
also, have you tried sending an email to your neomail address to verify that it is working because i did, and i got an email right back saying that address was unknown, so something is up.
